Building an EVPN/VXLAN Fabric with Cisco Nexus 9000v ​

Learn how to configure a complete EVPN/VXLAN networking fabric on Cisco Nexus 9000v switches. This tutorial covers:

  • Spine-leaf architecture with 2 spines and 3 leaf switches
  • vPC (Virtual Port Channel) for host multi-homing
  • OSPF underlay for IP reachability
  • BGP EVPN overlay for Layer 2 extension
  • VXLAN data plane with multicast BUM traffic handling
